So just quietly, I’ve had nearly 6 months off work..
Well not COMPLETELY off, I’ve done a few shows here and there, but largely I’ve had some time to relax, renew and rejuvenate. I’ve never taken months off work before, so this was a ‘creative sabbatical’ you could call it.
In that time, I’ve launched a new website (http://www.blazeart.com.au) which has only taken me 12 years!!!! and I’ve written a whole NEW SHOW.. if you ever seen my show, nearly half is me talking, telling stories and jokes – so that was great to renew too.
So I came back just on Friday last week and did a big show for over 2000 people at the Brisbane Convention Exhibition Centre. The experience onstage again infront of a big crowd was exhilarating, I haven’t stopped thinking about it.
I’ve got a couple of big events coming up, some charities that I’m looking forward to entertaining at in Sydney and Melbourne and some conference entertainment booked in for overseas (bring on Bali next month!).
